The peer support program is undertaken by Year 7 students in their first term of high school. The main aims of the program are to assist students with their transition, orientation and confidence within Erskine Park High School.

The program is facilitated by dedicated staff and specially trained Year10 students. Peer Support leaders work with small groups of Year 7 students within Pastoral Care for the whole of term 1. Peer Support Leaders not only become a mentor but a friend and point of contact for Year 7 students in what can be a very exciting yet overwhelming time of their schooling lives.
